Training with a Personal Trainer is fun and effective!
In addition to teaching you new ways to exercise and stay in shape, a trainer will keep you focused and accountable. I will work within your schedule and toward your goals, not some canned or trendy method of fitness.
Although I enjoy working out with clients using boxing protocols, I frequently train in many other ways such as body weight training, strength training using weights, agility training and flexibility. We will work together to determine what is best for you, your goals and abilities.
I am an American College of Sports Medicine certified Personal trainer in Santa Cruz. I frequently attend workshops, classes and trainings to stay well rounded in the fitness industry. Click here to learn more!
Single Session: $75. Purchase Three or More Sessions: $60.

No one diet works for everyone and fad diets almost never work in the long run. Who is going to go their entire life eating a nutrtion bar or a shake for 2 out of 3 meals per day or counting “points”? No one should! I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you and the life you desire. I will help you to make gradual, life long changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals without deprivation or complete lifestyle changes. You will feel confident in your choices and knowledge!
Your sessions will include: one 1 hour in depth session, two 50 minute sessions per month, email support between sessions, simple but informative handouts for your reference, and my personal commitment to your health! I teach for a lifetime of good health, not just a “diet” or “plan”.
You can expect to learn: meal planning, goal setting, integrating more nutritious food into your diet, navigating the supermarket and reading labels, organizing your kitchen to optimize your time and develop the confidence to continue your health habits and share them with your family. No gimmicks, no fads, no strict diets or crazy food restrictions – just plain and simple.
When the traditional routes have failed you, it’s time to move on! If losing weight or changing your lifestyle has been a road block for you please call me to discuss wellness coaching. My training is through the prestigious Wellcoaches organization.
